There is a huge Gangster problem in Battambang, and if the school can't adhere with good discipline in their school, it can only get worse and worse every day. I discovered first hand weapons at school and this is how it happened.

On May 20th, I found a sharpened knife in a Grade 10 Khmer class. I notified the HR department immediately, Malai, and up to date had No parents or Police contacted. Any knife that is sharpened to a point is classified as being lethal/ could have been a weapon before/ a crime committed before/ or was there intent to commit a crime with it at school?

So again, Parents and the Police were supposed to be contacted, because by any Judicial standard Globally a crime was committed at Dewey International Roumchek4 Battambang, to be in possession of a lethal DEADLY weapon. A DANGER ON SCHOOL GROUNDS.

The other signal I picked up from students were their gangster hand signals to each other, especially with my police background understood what they were up to.

So where does this come from? It stems from Reaksmey attitude of purely running a business not caring about the education side. Money Driven. The mere fact that students are manipulating management with their "ganging up" and "conspiracies".

I experienced it and when I told management, they laughed it off. My hypothesis was correct and realized it after speaking to Teacher John.

It all came down to students, that didn't want to accept school rules and discipline. They were the "click" Sreynou, Meyhoung, SreyPech etc. Gr 7, working a teacher out. (gangster tactics)

This was the reason I resigned immediately, because I knew what ever they said (lies) could be detrimental to me, in a third world, lawless and corrupt Country. I had No say and was Not protected.

Just remember, the Khmer culture is not to lose face, therefore there can be overwhelming factual proof, they will stick with each others lies not to lose face, even in Government and Justice, and case in point Dewey International School Battambang.

So the question arise. Are the police doing there jobs in protecting the community?

Mmmmmm, there are many questions about Police presence and handling cases. It's all about "How Much" can you pay, and the Police will take the side of the Money, so in other words, you as a victim and foreigner are NOT protected in Cambodia, If you can't pay the Police their so called "tea Money".

So it just reflected that Reaksmey is using the Police by name of Doum Sarath, Some High Ranking Police official for some "persuasion?". I declined and blocked him in contacting me.
